Development planning and long-term goals

Understand the construction focus and long-term direction of Stock X around asset access, liquidity construction and on-chain management.

Planning main line

Stock X hopes to connect project issuance, asset support and continuous transactions, and gradually build a financial infrastructure with asset access, capital allocation and transaction execution capabilities.

The following describes the project direction by construction focus and does not represent the published launch schedule or completion progress. The opening scope of each capability depends on actual access, applicable arrangements, risk control and information disclosure.

Construction focus one: Establishing a foundation for asset access

Focusing on global stock assets, we plan to connect overseas compliant brokerage channels, position and market information, transaction execution and custody records.

  • Establish the corresponding relationship between underlying assets, account rights and records on the chain.
  • Improve the consistency of asset information through regular reconciliation, providing a basis for valuation and disclosure.
  • Clarify the applicable assets, service organizations and business scope as the basis for subsequent funding arrangements.

The focus of this direction is to enable the source of assets and related records to be verified. The list of accepted brokers, custodians and services has not yet been provided.

Construction focus two: Forming liquidity execution capabilities

On the basis of assets with applicable conditions, we will study how to organize available funds for project issuance and subsequent transactions through financing, capital allocation and professional market making.

  • Combine inquiry trading with liquidity pools to explore execution channels suitable for different trading needs.
  • Support market depth through quotation and inventory management, focusing on continued trading capabilities after issuance.
  • Equipped with exposure limits, collateral haircuts and capital buffers to control capital usage risks.

Whether stock assets can form deployable funds depends on specific financing conditions and business arrangements. There is no current claim to have developed an equity-backed capital pool or ongoing trading depth.

Construction focus three: improve on-chain management and settlement

It is planned to manage issuance rules, fund allocation and transaction settlement through smart contracts, and combine price information, account permissions and audit records to connect off-chain asset status and on-chain business.

  • Clarify fund usage rules and operating permissions to make key business processes traceable.
  • Incorporate price oracles and asset reconciliation information into business management.
  • Set up quotation adjustment and risk control mechanisms for stock market closures, price gaps and cross-market settlement time differences.

Existing account or contract functionality does not mean that this target architecture has been deployed. Subsequent capabilities are subject to actual access and verification results.

Long-term direction: serve more projects and applicable assets

When asset access, custody reconciliation, risk management and on-chain settlement become standardized processes, the same set of infrastructure is expected to serve multiple issuance projects and further explore other applicable assets.

Long-term value lies in continuing to organize capital, support transactions and manage risk. The key to project development includes both the scale of available liquidity and the ability to maintain fund management and business operations amid market fluctuations.

How to understand current progress?

The current product already has information display, account and wallet, AI dialogue and existing management functions. They provide products and services at the current stage and do not serve as proof that stock brokerage access, financing or market-making capabilities have been completed.

Brokerage interfaces, stock custody reconciliation, financing, professional market making, price request-for-quote trades, liquidity pools and new issuance and settlement structures are still described according to planning capabilities. Demonstration data does not represent actual execution results, and the project does not promise fixed or future returns.
